Liked our good-sized and brand-new rooms in this hotel.

Location: the hotel was close to the bus stations, the Sendai train station which is also where many of the bus stations were, and public transport. Easily reached Tully's Coffee, located within a close distance from the property, had lunch/dinner there. The room we had included a safe, TV, and a writing desk.

The room had central heating, a safe box, and multi-channel television, which I appreciated. The bidet in the private bathroom was a plus. The hotel's location was particularly good, as it was a short distance from a shopping mall and the city center.

I had an exceptional stay at a hotel located right next to a subway entrance in a bustling area. the room was spacious, modern and equipped with generous amenities including a coffee maker, mini-fridge, and high-speed internet. the bathroom was spotlessly clean with all toiletries provided. the staff was extremely helpful and attentive. the hotel also boasts a scrumptious breakfast spread and laundry services.

The hotel's car parking was limited which meant there was an extra cost to park next door.

We had an enjoyable stay in this hotel. Best aspects of this hotel are its modern amenities and location next to the metro station. The room and facilities are kept clean and spacious. Additionally, the fast check-in process and friendly staff made our stay more comfortable. We appreciated the option to choose our own pillow according to our sleeping preferences. Also, the remote control of room temperature is available in English which added convenience to our stay.
